Privacy Policy
Draft for review before launch. Last updated November 3, 2026.
What we collect
When you subscribe, request a directory listing, send a news tip, or submit an event, we collect what you type into the form. That can include your name, company, email, phone, location, website, the services you rent, and the details of your tip or event.
How we use it
- To build and maintain your directory listing
- To email you about your listing and send The Party Rental Memo newsletter
- To review news tips and events before anything is published
- To keep spam out of our forms
Business details you send for your listing (company name, phone, city, services, website) will appear publicly in the directory once you approve them. Your personal email stays private.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information.
Services we use
The site runs on Cloudflare, which protects our forms with Cloudflare Turnstile. Form submissions are stored in our email and customer management tools. News tips are also saved to a private review queue on GitHub that only our editors can see. If we add analytics or ad tracking, we'll list it here first.
