How much does a listing in the party rental directory cost?
A basic listing is free. Companies that sign up before launch get their listing built and ready on day one.
When does the directory launch?
We are building it now. Everyone on the founding list gets an email to confirm their details before the directory goes live.
Who can list their company?
Any U.S. company that rents party or event equipment to the public: bounce houses and inflatables, water slides, tents, tables and chairs, concessions, dance floors, photo booths, and similar rentals.
Will a listing get my company recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we can do is give Google and AI assistants clear, accurate information about your company: who you are, what you rent, and where you deliver, on pages they can easily read. That gives you a better shot than a listing hidden behind logins.
Do I need a website to be listed?
No. A website helps, and so does your Google Business Profile link, but plenty of great rental companies start out with just a phone number and a Facebook page.
I have more than one location. What should I do?
Send the form once for each location so each one gets its own listing on the right city page.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to build your listing and to email you about it and The Party Rental Memo newsletter. We do not sell it. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Can I change my listing later?
Yes. Reply to any of our emails with changes, before or after launch.
