ARA Show 2027 Preseason Pricing Ends Nov. 13, Exhibitor List Now Online
Preseason pricing for The ARA Show 2027 (Feb. 14 to 16, New Orleans) ends Friday, Nov. 13. Prices go up Nov. 14, and ARA members who wait lose a free Keynote ticket. Read on for the details and the new exhibitor list.

Preseason pricing ends Friday, Nov. 13. Starting Nov. 14, prices go up.
That’s according to two updates from ARA’s Rental Management, by Steve Campbell. The show runs Feb. 14 to 16, 2027 in New Orleans, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
What you get by registering early
The preseason rate is the cheapest you’ll see on registration and networking event tickets.
If you’re an ARA member rental store attendee and you sign up by Nov. 13, you also get:
- A free ticket to the Keynote Session with Drew Brees, the former Saints quarterback and Super Bowl XLIV MVP
- A voucher for a free swag item at the ARA Fan Zone Merch Shop
The Keynote needs its own ticket. Rental store attendees who register Nov. 14 or later, plus all exhibitors and independent manufacturer reps, pay $50 for it.
What goes up on Nov. 14
Rental store attendee registration, Future of Equipment Rental registration, and networking event and Keynote tickets all cost more after the deadline.
Future of Equipment Rental is a separate education and networking program. It returns Sunday, Feb. 14, with its own registration.

The exhibitor list is live
More than 600 exhibitors have already booked booth space. ARA put the list and the floor plan in a new digital show directory where you can search by rental segment and product category.
ARA says the directory will tie into a new Show app coming out in the weeks before the show. More on that in Rental Management’s exhibitor list story.
Why this matters for rental owners
The ARA Show is the rental industry’s big national gathering. Since the directory lets you search by rental segment, look up the party and event vendors you care about now and see if they’re coming before you book a flight.
And if you already plan to go, waiting past Nov. 13 just means paying more for the same trip. Ten minutes this week saves you money.
