Party Rental WireNews and know-how for party and event rental companies

About Party Rental Wire

Party Rental Wire exists because rental owners are busy. Most of you are loading trailers at 7 a.m. and answering booking texts at 10 p.m. Nobody has time to dig through trade sites.

Who's behind it

The Wire is edited by Todd Hayes, owner of Hayes Digital Marketing in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Todd and his wife co-owned a tent, table and chair rental business, and today party rental companies are the biggest group of clients his agency serves, coast to coast.

He's run Google Ads since 2001 and is a Google Business Profile Partner.

How we pick and write stories

We run a story with one goal in mind: to help you run a safer, more profitable rental business. That's our entire playbook.

When we cover someone else's article, we sum it up in our own words and link right back to the original, with the writer and date up top. Those summaries say "Party Rental Wire staff." AI tools help with the first draft, and Todd reads, edits and approves every one before it goes live.

When Todd reports something himself, it carries his name. Expert pieces carry the expert's name.

No sales pitches dressed up as news. Not from marketing agencies, and not from ours either.

Spot a mistake? Tell us and we'll fix it, with the update date shown on the story.
