How We Track Deals

What counts: a company that rents tents, tables, chairs, linens, tabletop, staging, lighting, inflatables, or party furnishings buying or merging with another one, or an investor buying one. Rental software and tent or inflatable makers count too.

What doesn't: construction and heavy equipment rental, AV-only production, venues, catering, and deals outside the US.

How we confirm: every row links to the trade press report or press release we read. The date is when the deal was announced. We start with January 2026 and add new deals as our morning news check finds them.
